Delete in the app
- Open Tavlum → Profile → Privacy & Data.
- Select Delete Account, type DELETE, and confirm.
To keep your account and credits while removing content, select Delete All My Data instead.
Request deletion from the web
You do not need to install or open Tavlum. Email [email protected] from the email address associated with your Google or Apple sign-in. Use the subject “Tavlum account deletion” and tell us whether to delete your account or only your data. If you use Apple's Hide My Email, include the relay address associated with Tavlum. We will verify ownership and reply about the request. Never send a password or verification code.

Your profile and avatar, sign-in associations and email, temporary images and generated content, public shares, generation and report records, and live-session records. Account deletion clears remaining credits. In-app deletion also clears relevant photos, wardrobe, and looks on that device; remove copies on other devices and exported copies separately.
What may remain
A de-identified account marker and bare credit ledger, hashed anti-abuse records, and any records legally required to be retained. The current service has no fixed automatic expiry for these accounting and anti-abuse records. You can ask us to review retained records and explain why they remain. AI providers and share recipients may retain copies under their own rules.
Data-only deletion keeps your account and credits. Account deletion is irreversible and does not automatically cancel app-store subscriptions. See the privacy policy for details.
